McG&A entered into a strategic alliance and mutual support agreement with Costello, Hadley & Associates, LLC. CH&A is located outside Eglin AFB near Niceville/Ft Walton Beach in northwest Florida. The nature of the agreement encompasses business Opportunity Identification, Capture, Proposal Writing and Program Execution. CH&A’s principal lines of business are test and evaluation planning, logistics support and execution.

Joint Test Expert Joins McG&A

Steve Mecham, long time test and evaluation expert and business developer and manager has joined McGrady & Associates. Steve has over 32 years of leadership, operations, and management experience with the U.S. Army and with both large and small businesses. His varied management background has afforded him the opportunity to develop the skills needed to establish or improve business operations and marketing and sales efforts; he is an instinctive business developer. In addition, Steve has extensive experience leading the test and evaluation of a number of Joint and Service Command and Control, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance systems for both the U.S. Army and commercial companies. He is an expert in interoperability testing.

Becky Whitmore – Business Development and Proposal expert to join McG&A

Becky Whitmore, a highly experienced and successful proposal leader, manager and writer is joining McG&A. Becky has supported successful proposals for a wide selection of government agencies including DOD and the services, DOE, NASA, DHS and the FAA plus other federal and state agencies. Her work experience includes providing proposal support to both large and small businesses and she has worked for industry leaders such as SAIC, Raytheon, Anteon and DynCorp. Becky’s true specialties are in the areas of past performance volume/section development and resume development and standardization.

McG&A conducts Business Development Training

Mike Crook recently conducted two versions of the McG&A “Only a Signed Contract Counts” seminar for Merging Excellence and Innovation Technologies (MEITech) in Houston, Texas. The first was a full day interactive seminar that included many members of the staff who deal regularly with business development, opportunity capture and proposal preparation. The second seminar was an executive level version that was conducted in the course of 3 hours and was tailored to key staff. According to Rich Larson, Director of Business Development for MEI Tech, the “seminars were spot on for the participants, they were conducted very professionally and were top quality products. Mike did a great job.”

McGrady & Associates, LLC signs subcontract with Winning Solutions, INC.

On May 30, 2012 McG&A, LLC signed a subcontract with Winning Solutions, Inc (WSI) to provide proposal management and preparation services through WSI for the SAIC proposal center. WSI is an experienced and successful service provider in all aspects of proposal development. Led by President and Founder, Barbara Lovelace, WSI has been in business more than 24 years. Richard A. Cox joins McG&A……

Richard Cox has joined McGrady & Associates, LLC. He brings more than 43 years of experience in the Federal Aviation Administration (33 years), the civil aviation industry and aviation consulting. Richard also has experience in developing proposals for the FAA and Department of Homeland Security opportunities. He has served as a program manager for both SAIC and Raytheon. Richard will continue to live and operate out of his home near Seattle, Washington. He is a welcome addition and adds both breadth and depth to our corporate qualifications. Welcome aboard Richard.

Tai Alley brings graphics, art and multi-media production to McG&A.

Harrison H. (Tai) Alley has joined McG&A and brings with him fifteen years of experience in a wide range of multimedia and graphic design capabilities. A graduate of the University of New Mexico, Tai began his career in television, animation and motion picture production. In addition to having supported both oral and written proposal development, he is also expert in the development and production of technical training material. Adept at meeting customer expectations, Tai adds strength to both our proposal production and our technical capabilities.

Quality Manager joins McG&A

Barbara Harrelson, long time quality management expert joined McGrady & Associates today, April 18. Barbara spent the last 8 years with SAIC running the ISO 9001-2008 program at the Operation and Business Unit level. Barbara has experience in establishing new ISO programs, developing Quality Management manuals and programs, has been the organizations’ lead auditor and is responsible for a number of initial and recurring ISO certifications. At McG&A, she will specialize in preparing Qualty Management portions of proposals and establishing quality programs for companies in need of the capability. Welcome Barbara!

McGrady & Associates, LLC has reached agreement on a fourth contract to provide Business Development Support Services to Bay Systems Consulting, Incorporated of Mountain View, California. Bay Systems is a woman owned small business that specializes in applied sciences and provides the complete spectrum of information technology services to a variety of commercial and federal government customers. BSC’s customers include the military services, NASA, the Department of Energy and both the Lawrence Berkeley and Pacific Northwest National Laboratories.

Paul Fast joins McG&A

Mr. Paul Fast has joined McG&A as a Senior Associate and will pursue business development activities in support of a number of small businesses in the San Francisco Bay area as well as various national level efforts. His specialties include aviation and aviation related programs, Joint Test and Evaluation, UAV/UAS work and command and control systems and processes. His background in industry has been as a subject matter expert in command and control, project and business management and business development. He has more than 20 years of experience in these fields as either the consumer or provider. Many years ago, Paul (or Speedy as he is called by his many friends) converted his active duty AF career into one of a reservist and he was recently promoted full Colonel in the US Air Force Reserve. He brings real credibility to our team. Welcome aboard Speedy.
